Cobb Salad is a simple yet classic and delicious dish that always seems to be a crowd-pleaser. I love this salad because you can throw in whatever veggies you like, which also makes it the perfect excuse for a late summer farmers market trip. Plus I share my tried and true method to crack open hard-boiled eggs- a chore I absolutely do not like!! However, the best part (and my personal favorite ingredient) comes straight off of the Chick-fil-a menu. So head to the nearest drive-through and get to chopping!
