Now, after you’ve signed a contract with Cobb, you’ll have the support of our team of more than 30 skillful Service Technicians who, by the way, collectively have over 700 years of experience.
Finally, when you partner with Cobb, you’ll be assigned an Account Manager.
Hi, I’m Brittany Barrafato, an Account Manager at Cobb Technologies, and in this video, I’m going to tell you a little bit about Account Managers: What we are, and what we do to ensure that you have the best experience possible with Cobb.
WHAT ARE ACCOUNT MANAGERS?
Simply put, your Account Manager is your liaison with Cobb Technologies. We facilitate your communication with Cobb, and make sure that all aspects of your relationship with Cobb are taken care of throughout the term of your partnership with us. We handle your questions and requests, and anticipate your business’ needs.
WHAT DO ACCOUNT MANAGERS DO?
Account Managers handle all facets of your account - whether that’s making sure you get all your supplies and service, answering all your questions, sending you your correct bills, and ensuring your information is up to date.
If, in the rare event that we can’t answer your question, we’ll connect you with someone who can.
Account Managers have a wide collection of information at their fingertips - they monitor all your equipment records, service history, meter history, and so much more, even your supply orders are carefully tracked.
Communication with your Account Manager is a two-way street - sometimes you’ll be calling in with questions, and sometimes they’ll reach out to you with information about your contract. You may even see them at your account review to add in their valuable insight about your usage history among other details - whether that account review is held in-person or online through a video chatting service like Microsoft Teams.
Basically, your Cobb Account Managers are here to facilitate any need you may have - we’re here for you and we’ve got your back.
HOW CAN I GET IN CONTACT WITH MY ACCOUNT MANAGER?
Getting a hold of your Account Manager is easy! When you become a customer with Cobb, you’ll be given your Account Manager’s direct contact information in your welcome packet, alternatively, you can simply call 800-346-8228 and ask for them by name to connect with them over the phone.
